Distance does shape scheduling, so for projects near the beaches or at the far edge of Chester County we plan site visits and inspections in blocks. If you’re outside the shaded area, ask anyway; for larger projects we can sometimes travel further.
Home base, and the widest mix of houses: city rowhomes and twins in Wilmington’s older neighborhoods, post-war ranches and split-levels in Brandywine Hundred, estate homes in Greenville and Centreville, and newer subdivisions around Middletown. Permits run through the City of Wilmington or New Castle County, depending on the address.
