Caldova Homes designs and builds custom homes, additions and remodels across Delaware and southeastern Pennsylvania. We work as one design-build team, so the same people carry your project from the first measurement to the last inspection.
The houses of this region shape the way we work. Stone farmhouses in Chester County, 1920s twins in Wilmington, mid-century ranches in Brandywine Hundred and beach houses built to flood-zone rules in Sussex County each have their own logic. We take the time to understand it before we draw a single new line.
That means measuring carefully, opening up walls during design when it matters, and pricing work from real drawings. It also means telling you plainly what something will cost and how long it will take, even when the answer isn’t the one you hoped for.
