When you send a consultation request, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, project ZIP code, the type of project, your timing and the description you write. We also record the page you sent it from, the date and time, your IP address and your browser type, which help us prevent spam.
Like most websites, our hosting server keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it

- To prepare for a site visit, proposal or contract if you choose to go ahead.
- To keep the site secure and free of spam.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your permission.
Who we share it with
Only with people who need it to help with your project or run this website, such as our hosting provider and, if you hire us, design and trade partners working on your home. They may use it only for that purpose.
How long we keep it
Requests that don’t become projects are deleted within two years. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as needed for warranty, legal and tax purposes.
